At Teamplayer3, we are dedicated to nurturing young soccer talents in the United States. Our mission is to bridge the gap between American soccer potential and European soccer excellence by offering a unique opportunity for player ages 14-21 to experience professional youth training in Germany.

For Long Stays:

• Long-term stays are possible after a successful two-week evaluation period.
• We are the only organization with the expertise to faciliate wolrdwide transfers for players under 18.
• Currently, 14 talents are training with us at our Academy.
